Introductory Meeting
A free introductory call is followed by an on-site conversation. We talk about why you are renovating, what “good” looks like, and what must be achieved, whether that is a better kitchen layout, a calmer bathroom, a warmer loft room, or extra space with an extension.
We discuss style, including natural and timeless materials, priorities, budget direction, and timing. Everyone who makes decisions is invited so the brief reflects the whole household.
You will receive practical guidance on layout possibilities, any approvals to be aware of, and a sensible cost range for the likely level of work. We also outline how the next stage works so you know exactly what happens after this meeting.
Design, Scope & Technical Pack
This is where your brief develops into a design that is both inspiring and practical. We explore layouts, space planning, and flow, considering daylight, ventilation, storage, and services. A room-by-room scope of works is drafted, with key finishes identified and allowances outlined, while early feasibility checks structure, services, and access. This ensures the concept is not only exciting but also realistic.
Once the preferred design is agreed, it is refined into a detailed, build-ready package. Scaled plans, annotated details, and room schedules for kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, electrics, and lighting are prepared, alongside a confirmed list of finishes and fixtures. Allowances are converted into exact selections so nothing is left uncertain.
The stage concludes with a coordinated pack, a realistic programme, and a confirmed cost, with everything thought through on paper so construction can begin smoothly and with confidence.
Build
Works follow the agreed drawings and specification. Skilled trades are sequenced to keep momentum steady, with protection and tidy working maintained throughout. Typical activities include structural alterations where included, insulation and weathering, plumbing and electrical upgrades, window and glazing installations, linings and preparation, fitted elements, tiling, decorating, and commissioning.
Quality is checked at key points. Workmanship is measured against the specification, and compliance inspections or sign-offs are coordinated where required.
You will receive regular updates and milestone walk-throughs, with no chasing trades and no guesswork about what happens next.
Handover
Final inspections are completed, a detailed snag list is resolved, and all services and appliances are tested. Where required, Building Control completion is arranged and certificates are gathered. A thorough clean and presentation make the space ready for use.
You receive a Handover Pack (Project ME Pack) that includes as-built drawings, manuals, warranties, maintenance advice, and a record of all finishes, such as paint codes, tiles and grout, flooring, sanitaryware and model numbers, and supplier contacts. It also includes the locations of shut-offs and consumer units. An aftercare check is scheduled to pick up any settling items so you can enjoy the space with confidence.
