I started Innovate Home Solutions because I wanted homeowners to feel genuinely supported throughout their renovation. After more than 20 years in this industry, I know how personal a home project can be, and I enjoy being the person who helps make it feel clear and manageable.
My experience ranges from full refurbishments and extensions to listed building repairs and commercial work. Before creating the company, I spent over 15 years working with respected London firms. Those years taught me the value of listening, planning well and explaining things in a way that feels simple, not stressful.
One of the things I am most proud of is the relationships I have built. Former employers often tell me they would work with me again, and I still collaborate with several of them every day. That trust means a lot, and it shapes how I approach every project.
Clients often tell me that they feel comfortable working with me because nothing is rushed and everything is explained in plain English. I enjoy helping people take an idea that feels overwhelming and turn it into a clear plan that moves forward step by step. My aim is always the same, to make the whole journey feel enjoyable and well supported from the moment we start talking.

I am usually the first-person clients speak to, and I enjoy setting a warm and relaxed tone right from the beginning. Renovations can feel daunting at first, so my aim is to make the early stages feel calm, clear, and genuinely enjoyable.
I talk clients through their ideas, outline what is possible and explain how the process works in a way that feels easy to follow. Throughout the project I stay in close contact, so clients always have someone they can reach out to for questions, updates, or reassurance.
I work closely with Aldas and our wider team to keep everything organised, from early planning to final handover. Whether it is a full refurbishment, an extension or updates to a kitchen or bathroom, I make sure clients feel heard and supported at every point.
