Peninsula Building – 2 Bedroom Flat Refurbishment

We are excited to begin a full interior renovation of a luxury apartment in Peninsula Apartments, Paddington. This project has been commissioned by an international property investor, with the goal of transforming the unit into a high-spec, fully modernised London rental asset.

Working from a detailed design concept and architectural perspectives, our team will deliver a complete refurbishment including:

• Full strip-out and demolition
• New kitchen with mid-range premium appliances
• Two fully renovated bathrooms
• Bespoke feature joinery, including the entertainment wall and floating bedroom units
• Updated layouts, new partitions, and improved flow
• New flooring throughout
• Electrical rewiring, lighting upgrades, and smart fittings
• Fresh Dulux finishing to all walls and ceilings
• New aluminium doors, shower glass, and mid-range sanitaryware
• Full 12-month defects warranty upon completion

This project will be delivered for a client based overseas, and our team will handle full end-to-end project management, supplier coordination, and approvals to ensure a smooth process while the client is abroad.

With a programme starting in December 2025, this renovation aims to elevate the property to a standout rental standard in one of Central London’s most desirable locations.
