Apartment Refurbishment – Paddington
A two-bedroom apartment taken to a full rental specification for an owner based overseas, managed end to end.
An overseas investor, a dated two-bedroom apartment, and a target of the best rental specification in the building.
The project was commissioned by an international property investor to take the apartment to a high-spec, fully modernised London rental standard. We worked from a detailed design concept and architectural perspectives supplied by the client’s designer, delivering the full refurbishment against that scheme.
The client was based overseas throughout, so we handled full end-to-end project management, supplier coordination and approvals. Every selection, sign-off and variation had to be resolved without the client on site.
The apartment was taken back to shell and rebuilt around the design concept, with the joinery and the two bathrooms carrying most of the specification.
