Design and layout
Cabinetry, worktops, appliances, lighting and finishes are designed and agreed with you.
Your approvals and ordering
Once you approve the design, products are ordered and any structural or Building Regulations matters are arranged.
Demolition and installation
We strip out the old kitchen, complete the plumbing and electrics, then install cabinetry, worktops and appliances.
Completion and handover
We walk through the finished kitchen with you and our 24-month workmanship defects period begins. Products we supply carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

Yes. We provide a single point of contact from the initial drawings to the final building works, covering design, approvals and construction, so you do not have to coordinate separate contractors.
Can you combine a new kitchen with an extension or layout changes?
Yes. We design and build kitchen extensions, open-plan layouts and structural alterations, arranging structural engineering, Building Regulations and Party Wall matters where they are required.
Do I need planning permission for a new kitchen?
A like-for-like kitchen replacement does not normally need planning permission. Removing walls, adding an extension or relocating services may need Building Regulations approval or planning permission, and we advise on what applies to your project.
How much does a bespoke kitchen cost?
Cost depends on the size of the room, the layout, any structural or services work, and the specification of units, worktops and appliances. We review the project first and provide a detailed estimate, so you know what is included before work begins.
What guarantee and insurance do you provide?
Our workmanship is covered by a 24-month defects period from completion, and products we supply carry the relevant manufacturer's warranty. We hold Employers' Liability cover of £10 million, Public Liability cover of £5 million and Contract Works insurance.
